Risk Assessment Panel

There are occasions when adults are identified as potentially posing a sexual risk to children. These can be as a result of National Crime Agency investigations, or due to historical sexual offending convictions. Where such an adult resides within a household with a child, immediate safety must first be established. A risk assessment must be undertaken and presented to the Risk Assessment Panel with clear safeguarding recommendations.
